WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
TERMS OF SERVICE
We do not ship tobacco products to Utah or South Dakota and expect all our wholesale accounts to abide by the same rules and regulations.
In accordance with California Senate Bill 39 all LOFB wholesalers are required to match their purchasers’ name, address, date of birth of individuals over 21 years of age . All purchases must be made with a check or credit card, and if the LOFB wholesaler cannot verify the adult purchaser’s age through a database, then the purchaser must submit a valid form of identification, if purchased online, and an adult signature is required on all shipments and a call to the purchaser must be made by the LOFB wholesaler to confirm the order has been placed prior to shipment.
As a LOFB wholesaler you are given the opportunity to sell LOFB cigars at our MSRP listed price and with no discount. Should you not comply, you authorize us in advance to freeze your account and all future shipments. We apologize in advance for this strict policy. The reason for doing so is to provide an equal level of support for all retailers. LOFB’s mission is to safeguard its price so that 40% of our proceeds go back to supporting men’s mental health and we appreciate understanding and support.
To Further Protect Youths LOFB require our LOFB wholesalers to comply with the following rules and regulations:
Wholesale retailers must:
Check photo ID of everyone under age 27 who attempts to purchase any tobacco product(s).
Only sell tobacco product(s) to customers age 21 or older.
Do NOT sell cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, roll-your-own-tobacco, smokeless tobacco, cigars, hookah, pipe tobacco and e-cigarettes, e-liquids, or nicotine gel in a vending machine or self-service display unless in an adult-only facility.
Do NOT give away free samples of any tobacco product, including any of their components or parts.
Do NOT sell cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, or roll-your-own tobacco that contain a characterizing flavor (except menthol or tobacco flavor).
Do NOT display advertisements for tobacco products without a health warning statement.
Do NOT sell cigarette packages containing fewer than 20 cigarettes, including single cigarettes, known as “loosies.”
Do NOT break open packages of tobacco products to sell products in smaller amounts
TERMS OF PURCHASE
All purchases are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Should any issue arise with the purchase or shipment, all complaints must be documented and emailed to [email protected] within 24 hours, detailing the issue for consideration of credit, exchange, or refund.
